The Harvard Innovation Labs today announced more than 2,000 Harvard Student i-lab members. These student innovators represent all 13 Harvard schools and are working on products, services, and ideas across dozens of industries.
“This fall, we’re welcoming students who are at every stage of their entrepreneurial journeys, from just starting to explore an idea to joining an existing startup, all the way through building and scaling their own businesses,” said Jill Kravetz, Bruce and Bridgitt Evans Executive Director of the Harvard Innovation Labs. “I see so much creativity, ambition, and drive in all of the Student i-lab members. It’s a privilege to support them.”
Harvard Innovation Labs members have access to expert advisors, workshops, community-building events, and resources for ideation and building products and services. Members may also apply for a range of funding opportunities. Additionally, members can participate in the Harvard President’s Innovation Challenge, an annual venture competition where winners receive nondilutive funding.
Many of the fall i-lab members are focused on building more than 700 ventures, while others have joined the i-lab to learn about the world of entrepreneurship, explore ideas, or join an existing venture.
Membership remains open, so Harvard students may join the i-lab at any time during the academic year.
