Join Rob Snyder, Founder and CEO of Reframe, and Phil Green, i-lab Senior Advisor for B2B and Technology, for the first session in this hands-on sales series. In this workshop, you’ll learn a proven B2B selling framework and begin building your own sales case study to support real customer conversations. To help you put the framework into action, participants will be invited to create a personalized case study and attend a follow-up group advising session. This second session is designed to answer questions, refine your approach, and guide you on using your case study effectively with potential customers. With a Learn → Do → Ask Questions approach, you’ll walk away with practical tools and clear next steps to accelerate your startup’s path to revenue.

GETTING TO THE HARVARD INNOVATION LABS
The Harvard Innovation Labs is located on the first floor of Batten Hall at 125 Western Avenue, Allston, MA 02134. We are situated on the Harvard Business School campus, a 15–20 minute walk from Harvard Square. You can also use the Harvard shuttle. The University offers daily parking for faculty, staff, students, visitors, and guests in the HBS lot on Western Avenue. The HBS lot is available 24/7 and accepts both cash and credit card payments.
