In-Person

Customer Discovery 101 (B2B + B2C)

Learn fast ways to discover customer needs and get real feedback for B2B + B2C ventures before building your solution.

Before investing time and resources into building, it’s essential to confirm that the problem you want to solve truly matters to your customers. This workshop will introduce quick, practical techniques for identifying and gathering feedback from real potential customers—whether you’re working on a B2C or B2B venture. You’ll learn how to uncover customer pain points, assess whether the problem is worth solving, and use those insights to shape a commercially viable solution. Customer discovery will also help you zero in on your first customer segment—a critical step for gaining early traction and setting your venture up for success.
