Jeffrey J. Bussgang is a Senior Lecturer in the Entrepreneurial Management Unit at the Harvard Business School (HBS) as well as Co-Founder and General Partner at Flybridge Capital Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm with over $1 billion under management. He studies lean startups as well as strategy and management challenges for founders. He teaches Launching Technology Ventures in the HBS MBA Elective Curriculum (a class focusing on pre-product-market fit startups) and Venture Capital Journey (for aspiring venture capitalists).
Bussgang is the author of two books – Entering Startupland (for startup joiners) and Mastering the VC Game (for founders) – as well as over 50 HBS case studies on startups.
