Wednesday, April 3, 2019
Harvard Innovation Labs - 102

Overview:

Nurse-1-1 allows you to chat with a nurse via text and photos rather than using WebMD and scaring yourself into visiting the ER. Come hear from the founder for an honest, off-the-record conversation on all the highs and lows of building a venture in the digital health space.

All members of Connect and the Venture Incubation Program are invited.

Speaker Bio:

Michael Sheeley is the co-founder and CEO of Nurse-1-1. Michael’s mission to connect health-concerned consumers to nurses in their own communities is based on personal experience he and his wife had when their daughter was born with a congenital heart defect. Michael previously co-founded two venture-backed companies as co-founder and Head of Product at the health and fitness-tracking platform RunKeeper (Acquire By ASICS) and co-founder and CEO of the AI-powered local restaurant ordering platform Chief Nightly. Michael also served as Head of Product at the venture-backed startup Mobee (Acquired by Wiser Solutions), a retail app that rewards consumers by providing feedback to local retailers.
