From Sizzle to Substance: Choosing the Right Business Model for Your Startup

There are three hurdles an entrepreneur needs to cross in order to make their business a success. The first is coming up with a great idea that meets a need in the market. The second is generating enough value for customers for them to adopt in droves. And the last is choosing the right business model to translate the idea and adoption into profits. Many entrepreneurs cross the first and second hurdles but wait too long to figure out how they’re going to cross the third. In this talk, we’ll review a variety of business models that an entrepreneur can choose fr
om and explore how they should come to a decision on which one is right for their business.
