A proliferation of wonderful tools are now available that enable measurement of our health, productivity, mood, and more. First, we'll review these tools and predict what the next 1-3 years will bring. Next, we'll dig into the psychology of behavior change and how to take static 'tools' and give them the human emotional pull required to effectively change behavior.
