Intrapreneuring in a Change-Averse Environment: The Presidential Innovation Fellows

Innovation and entrepreneurship is not limited to just founders of enterprises; it’s especially important for existing institutions too! In this session led by former White House Presidential Innovation Fellows (PIFs) – Andrea Ippolito, Gajen Sunthara, and Matt Theall – attendees will get an inside look into a program that has driven intrapreneurship within one of the most bureaucratic and change-averse institutions – the US Government.

The Presidential Innovation Fellows will showcase their projects whilst highlighting the challenges they encountered, the solutions they created, and the measures taken to ensure the sustainability of their work. An interactive discussion will follow where attendees can learn more about PIF, the PIF projects, or advice on navigating a particular situation one might be facing within an existing institution.
