Whether you are a new company deciding how best to acquire computing resources, or a developer deciding how to get your software to customers, you have to consider the cloud. But cloud-based services raise serious issues – from privacy, data security and business continuity to jurisdiction and proper deal terms – for both cloud providers and users. Howard Zaharoff and Faith Kasparian from Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton will provide an instructive survey of the business, legal and contract issues that arise from doing business in the cloud.

This event is open to Venture Incubation Program team members and Harvard students.
