Measure What Matters: Baking the Triple Bottom Line into your Company's DNA

Think having positive impact through your business is important but don't know where to start? Interested in learning how to design organizing principles throughout your company or organization that endure whilst it scales? In this session led by Kim Coupounas, serial mission-driven entrepreneur and Director of B Lab, founders will learn how to build a framework for both business and impact success through a deep dive on measurement tools available, such as the B Impact Assessment, and case discussion on best practices from companies leading in this space.

Workshop Outcomes:

• Learn how you can measure your company’s social and environmental impacts and can build better practices into your company's operations from the get-go;

• Discover the resources to maintain and improve your companies’ value and positive impacts in the world as you scale;

• Examine the global movement of companies using business as a force for good.

This workshop is presented by Kim Coupounas from B Lab, the non-profit organization working to certify and support an international community of B Corporations, a growing movement of companies using business as a force for good. Kim is a Harvard alumna and serial mission--driven entrepreneur.
