In this one of a kind meditation workshop, you will learn a one-minute daily wellness practice to keep you centered, focused, and calm throughout a day (or an hour) in the life of trying to change the world.
You will also be guided through a signature meditation that targets your unique stress points and produces a breakthrough in your performance so you can feel peaceful, powerful, and ready to tackle anything that comes your way. We’ll troubleshoot common issues that hold us back: When is the best time of day to meditate for innovation success? How can you stay consistent? What can you do when meditation sucks?
