Fundraising is a complex and often lengthy process, and one that’s not easy for any startup. However, 5% of all US Series A financings are done by a Techstars company, more than any other organization in the world. In this workshop, Jen Riedel, Program Manager of Techstars Boston, will share practical insights on how to build meaningful relationships with investors and position yourself and your company for successful fundraising.
Outcomes of the workshop:
- Set up an investor pipeline
- Identify and engage target investors
- A set of tools to tactically manage the fundraising process
If you’d like to participate in this, please email jen.riedel@techstars.com with the subject line: “FUNDRAISING WORKSHOP + Company Name”. Craft the email as if you were emailing an investor you just were introduced to (traction, deck, info – whatever you feel appropriate, this will be used for a live workshop and feedback), so we can prepare the workshop together.
