Brittany Davis Wilson is a General Partner at Backstage Capital, where she helped grow one of the largest portfolios dedicated to underestimated founders—investing in over 200 startups led by women, people of color, and LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs. Over nearly a decade in venture, she has led investments, built investor syndicates, launched portfolio support programs, and developed portfolio monitoring frameworks.
Before Backstage, Brittany held investing and program leadership roles at Techstars and Village Capital, supporting early-stage startups across sectors. She began her career in capital markets and credit at Bank of America and earned her MBA from Harvard Business School (2015).
