Dawn Dobras brings 30+ years of experience as a C-level executive, consumer operator, investor, and board member. She is the Founding General Partner of Capital F, an early-stage venture fund focused on technology that shapes women's lives and championing diversity on cap tables, with a portfolio that is 70% female- and 40% POC-founded companies.
Most recently, Dawn served as CEO of Credo Beauty, named World’s Most Innovative Beauty Company by Fast Company. At Credo, she led the company’s rise as the leading clean beauty retailer, scaling operations and revenue through brand, product, and mission-driven innovation.
A third-generation entrepreneur, Dawn has built her career by unlocking growth through innovation and scaling consumer ventures across industries. She is also an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Harvard Business School, where she earned her MBA. Beyond the boardroom, Dawn is a competitive master rower, a proud mom to three surfing boys, and lives in Mill Valley, CA with her husband.
