Ethan Pierce is the Founder & CEO of Adaptive Reader, an edtech company reimagining books so that no language is too small and no learner too different to access grade-level ideas. Adaptive Reader helps educators create accessible versions of texts across reading levels, languages, audio, and dyslexia-friendly formats.
Before founding Adaptive Reader, Ethan served as Chief Product Officer at Readlee, an AI literacy company acquired by Paper. His work is shaped by his own experience as a struggling reader who did not read independently until the end of third grade and later attended Harvard College on a full scholarship.
