Hailey How

Founder, The One Care | LLX 25-26

Hailey How is a second-time founder building The One Care, a coordination layer that automates care logistics without requiring care teams or families to learn new software. She was an early employee at Google Cloud, where she founded and led the Business Development team, growing it to 150 representatives and delivering more than $1 billion in quarterly revenue.

She later co-founded Origin Healthcare, a hospitalist-at-home company that cared for thousands of patients. Hailey advises founders on 0-to-1 sales strategy, commercial model design, and closing enterprise deals. Having reviewed more than 50 term sheets, she also works with founders on negotiation and deal structure. She holds an MPH from Harvard, is a Fulbright Scholar, and is a Boston Marathon finisher.
