Pascal is the Founder of Smoodi, a Boston-based B2B food-tech company that designs and deploys self-serve, self-cleaning automated smoothie machines across commercial venues, including universities, hospitals, airports, gyms, and corporate offices. He founded Smoodi in 2018 with the mission of empowering healthy habits through technology. After years of research and development, the company launched commercially in 2021. Today, Smoodi is a nationally distributed platform with partners including Sodexo, Aramark, and Paradies Lagardère, and distribution through Dot Foods, Vistar, Sysco, and US Foods, among others.
Pascal holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar in 2019, as well as mechanical engineering degrees from TU Munich and École Polytechnique. Before Harvard Business School, he worked in B2B sales in Mexico and as a Strategy Consultant at BCG. A Harvard Innovation Labs alumnus, Pascal participated in programs including Launch Lab X and PIC, and recently accepted an invitation to join the 2026–2027 Founder-in-Residence program. He also gives back to the entrepreneurial community as a coach for the Rock Center, startup mentor, and judge for the Harvard President's Innovation Challenge and the Harvard New Venture Competition.
Originally from Munich, Pascal is fluent in English, German, French, and Spanish. He enjoys kitesurfing and traveling with his wife and three young children.
