Apply the principles of holistic wellbeing to build a more balanced, fulfilling life that fosters resilience.
About this event
Developed by Harvard alumni, the WellBalance method enables individuals and business leaders to build balanced and fulfilling lives for themselves and their teams to enhance and sustain holistic wellbeing and resilience to change. As the WellBalance team prepares to launch their new venture, they are inviting members of diverse communities to participate in a two-month pilot program to demonstrate the method’s benefits, validate assessment tools and gain user experience and feedback. Please join this session to meet the WellBalance team, and learn about the WellBalance method, its foundation in positive psychology, and the upcoming program available to HiLabs founders this fall.
