The most successful companies are customer-centric; they identify a clear and burning customer pain, solve for this need, and deliver meaningful and measurable value. During this workshop, Sarah Hodges will cover the fundamentals of customer discovery and customer interviews, talking through how to ask unbiased questions, interpret feedback, translate what you’re hearing into builds, position your product in your customer’s language, and close the loop by gathering customer reactions to your product.
