Karen Reuther
Karen Korellis Reuther is a global design leader with over twenty years of experience in the sports footwear and apparel industry and many years in the design of consumer products and electronics. She is currently a Design Critic in Architecture at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design. From 2021-2022 she was a Senior Fellow at Harvard’s Advanced Leadership Initiative (ALI). Prior to ALI she was Vice President Creative Direction + Future at Reebok and Global Creative Director at NIKE for twelve years where she developed major product, merchandising and brand strategies solidifying NIKE at the top of its industry. she worked as creative director and brand psychologist at Cast Collective where her customers included Puma, Vans, Timberland, Pantone, Piaggio Fast Forward and the TJX Corporation. Karen is an activist committed to “Inclusion by Design: Ending Gender Bias in Product Design”. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Purdue University and her Master’s in Business Management from Lesley University.
