Founded out of Harvard Law and MIT and backed by leading venture funds including Microsoft's M12, General Atlantic and TCV, Evisort uses homegrown artificial intelligence and advanced contract lifecycle management functions to help companies negotiate, organize, and extract structured data from their contracts.
Memme is a Lecturer at Harvard Law School teaching the course "Start-up Entrepreneurship and Innovations in Legal Technology", co-founded the Harvard Law Technology Symposium, and is currently an entrepreneur-in-residence at the Harvard Innovation Labs.
