Before you spend time and resources building a solution, you must first understand the problem through the eyes of your potential customers. Learning about customer pain points will tell you if the problem is even worth solving and provides direction on creating a commercially viable solution. Customer discovery also enables you to pinpoint your first customer segment, which is the biggest key to early traction and success. This workshop will teach quick techniques for identifying and gathering feedback from real potential customers on the problem you are trying to solve.
