Explore 'The 9 Essential Conversations' for startup success with Annie Garofalo. Learn to build trust, manage conflicts, and more!
You may have heard that it takes a village to raise a child. Well, it also takes a village to raise a startup. But what happens when conflicts arise among your stakeholders? In this session, Confidante founder and Harvard College alum Annie Garofalo ’15 will focus on “The 9 Essential Conversations” for high-performing pre-seed through Series A teams. She will share tips on how to build trust, manage existing conflict, make shared decisions, and communicate differences of opinion, all of which are critical to building a healthy, long-term founding team.
