A practical framework for B2C founders to identify, prioritize, and test go-to-market strategies—focused on strategic choices and experiment
This workshop helps B2C founders design their go-to-market strategy—not memorize a list of growth hacks. We’ll introduce a practical framework for identifying, prioritizing, and testing go-to-market strategies based on your product, customer, and constraints. The focus is on strategic decision-making and experimentation: how to choose the right paths to test, run fast learning loops, and avoid spreading effort across too many tactics. This is a thinking and testing session, not a catalog of channels or tools.
