Group Office Hours: Customer Discovery

Working through customer discovery? Bring your findings, questions, and next challenges.

This open office hour is designed for students who are actively conducting customer interviews, validating assumptions, or making sense of what they're learning from potential users and customers. Whether you're participating in the Customer Discovery Guide, conducting customer discovery independently, or continuing customer discovery after another i-lab program, this is an opportunity to get feedback and support as you move forward.

Come ready to share what you've learned, discuss what's working (and what's not), and get guidance from Becca Xiong, i-lab Managing Director and Explorer Advisor, as well as fellow student founders.

Together, we'll explore how to identify patterns, refine your target customer, strengthen your hypotheses, and determine what to test next.

This session is most valuable for students who have already begun customer discovery and have insights, questions, or challenges they'd like to discuss.
