This session will go over the various funding models your health care or life science venture could consider: Venture capital funding, Angel investing and other forms of early financing, including non-dilutive funding.
Participants will walk away with a greater understanding of what dilutive and non-dilutive financing entails, and the various financing instruments (SAFEs, convertible notes, equity financing etc.), including the pros and cons of each.
