The Harvard Startup Career Fair is your opportunity to explore internships and full-time roles with some of the most innovative startups across industries. Open to all Harvard University and MIT degree students and alumni, this event connects ambitious talent with cutting-edge ventures in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
FOR STUDENTS
- Eligibility: Open to all Harvard and MIT degree students and alumni. Please bring your school ID. Note: Some organizations may target specific class years.
- Other Graduate Students & MIT Students: Advanced registration is not required. Show your ID upon arrival to create your name tag.

FOR EMPLOYERS
- Register by January 10 to take advantage of early rates. Registration includes booth space, a table, and two chairs. Branded materials and QR codes are encouraged.
- Access the Startup Career Fair Resume Book to connect with top student talent. Participants receive the book automatically; others may purchase access.
- Early Registration Before January 10: For-Profit Companies $100; i-lab Teams: $25; Nonprofit Organizations $50
- After January 10: For-Profit Companies $150; i-lab Teams: $50; Nonprofit Organizations $50
This event is hosted by the Harvard FAS Mignone Center for Career Success, Harvard Innovation Labs, and Harvard Business School Career & Professional Development.
GETTING TO THE HARVARD INNOVATION LABS
The Harvard Innovation Labs is located on the first floor of Batten Hall at 125 Western Avenue, Allston, MA 02134. We are situated on the Harvard Business School campus, a 15-20 minute walk from Harvard Square. You can also use the Harvard shuttle. The University offers daily parking for faculty, staff, students, visitors, and guests in the HBS lot on Western Avenue. The HBS lot is available 24/7 and accepts both cash and credit card payments.

The Harvard Innovation Labs welcomes attendees of all abilities to our events, both in person and online.
Requests for American Sign Language interpreters and/or CART providers should be made at least two weeks in advance, if possible. Please note that the University will make every effort to secure services, but that services are subject to availability.
