Booking Guidelines
- Expert Office Hours are available to full-time, degree-seeking
Harvard students as well as active alumni and affiliate members of the Climate Circle, Launch Lab X GEO, and Pagliuca Harvard Life Lab. - Schedule your meeting through the booking links in the Office Hours Airtable at least 48 hours before your desired appointment. Many sessions are booked weeks in advance.
- Your booking confirmation will include a calendar hold and information on how to meet virtually with your expert.
- Office hours are hosted either in-person or virtually. Pay close attention to the meeting location when booking your session.
- If you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from attending an in-person meeting, please email i-lab@harvard.edu as soon as possible to request virtual accommodation.
- If you can no longer attend your session, please cancel your appointment at least two days in advance by clicking on the cancel/reschedule link in your confirmation email.
