Carlos Reines Gonzalez is the Founder of Shape Ventures Group and a seasoned entrepreneur at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Best known as the Co-Founder and President of RubiconMD, he helped build the digital health platform from an early-stage idea into a national leader - scaling to tens of thousands of clinicians and ultimately selling to Oak Street Health in a deal valued up to $190M.
Originally from Spain, Carlos brings a global and technical perspective, with an engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a specialization in Biomedical Engineering at Delft University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He previously led a division at Telefónica and started his digital health career at Siemens Medical.
