Hyuk-Jeen is the General Partner at SkyRiver Ventures, a deeptech and digital health focused VC fund in Boston. Prior to SkyRiver Ventures, he founded and was the US East Coast Head of Samsung Ventures in Boston. He brings 25 years of experience in the consumer electronics, biotech, finance and semiconductor industries. Hyuk-Jeen earned his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He earned his MBA from Yale School of Management. He holds a BS in mechanical engineering, BA in economics, and ME in electrical engineering, all from Cornell University.
