Alice Foster McCallum is the network engagement manager. Her diverse background includes relationship building and event fundraising in the nonprofit sector, and sales promotion, marketing, and community relations in business. She learned branding working with companies such as AT&T and Intel, and owned her own creative services business before managing marketing communications for one of New England’s largest beauty product distributors.
Alice entered higher education a decade ago to manage public engagement with co-curricular and arts programming at Wellesley College, and later added management of the College’s online editorial. With a newfound love for higher ed, she returned to school for her M.Ed. to commit to it in the long term, then contracted in admissions, marcom, and experiential education before joining HBS to work with faculty in late 2020. While at HBS, she earned a graduate certificate from Harvard Division of Continuing Education in topics in human behavior, focusing on identity development and group dynamics.
Outside of work, you might find Alice headed to visit family in her hometown in rural Kentucky, or catching up with her three children in Providence, San Diego, and Seoul.
