As the Harvard Innovation Labs’ community manager, Ashley works closely with student founders, joiners, and anyone involved with or interested in the i-lab. Ashley supports i-lab users on their entrepreneurial journeys by connecting them to resources, opportunities, and each other.
Ashley is a seasoned entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, and community builder whose passion for uplifting others is at the core of her professional journey.
As the co-founder of MOVE, Ashley dedicated eight years to creating a positive impact on young women's lives through empowerment workshops and summer programs. Her role involved not only planning and executing programs but also building a highly engaged and inclusive community.
In her role as an account executive and startup coach at IFundWomen, Ashley conducted more than 500 private coaching calls, guiding entrepreneurs on crucial aspects such as pitch refinement, goal setting, and community building.
Formerly serving as the Assistant Director of Women's Entrepreneurship at Northeastern University, and currently serving as Harvard Innovation Lab's Community Manager, Ashley continues to make a mark in supporting and guiding founders.
