Caroline Arzoo is the network engagement specialist at the Harvard Innovation Labs, where she builds and strengthens the i-lab's network of mentors, advisors, and industry partners to support student ventures.
Before joining Harvard, Caroline spent five years in the deep tech and startup ecosystem. As one of the earliest hires at OmniSync, a federally-funded AI startup, she led business development and partnerships, scaling two B2B products to over 20,000 users and partnerships with nine federal agencies. At Rice University, she designed and ran venture acceleration programs guiding PhD and faculty founders through commercialization. She has mentored startups across Nucleate, Plug and Play, UC San Diego, and Founder Institute, and holds a BA in communication and sociology with a focus in technology Management from UC Santa Barbara.
Originally from Los Angeles, Caroline is a food enthusiast who loves exploring restaurants and cuisines wherever she goes, a people lover excited to host dinners, and a collector of novelty-shaped bags.
