Cassie Coravos is the Assistant Director of Events and Operations at Harvard Innovation Labs, where she leads event strategy, logistics, and operations. She creates engaging experiences for the i-lab's diverse founder community and serves as a key connector to external partners and the broader innovation ecosystem in Boston and Cambridge.
Before joining the i-lab, Cassie served as Engagement Director at Entrepreneur Futures Network, where she led international innovation programs in partnership with the U.S. Department of Energy, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and global embassies. She also worked with Bamboo Detroit to support entrepreneurial growth through partnerships with Dell for Startups and Michigan Central. Cassie has designed and managed accelerator programs, capital access initiatives, and innovation bootcamps — all focused on advancing equity and economic opportunity. Her past work includes collaborations with Kiva, Venture for America, the Build Institute, and the National Coalition for Community Capital.
Cassie holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing and Design Engineering from Northwestern University. Outside of work, she enjoys sewing, shoemaking, and exploring traditional crafts. She’s passionate about history and drawn to public spaces where art, culture, and community come together.
