In her role as the Site Head of the Harvard Life Labs, Courtney oversees operations at the Pagliuca Harvard Life Lab and the Blavatnik Harvard Life Lab. She leads both teams to ensure venture companies are provided with the resources and tools to be successful within the lab and office space.
Prior to her role at the Harvard Life Labs. Courtney gained experience working on the lab operations team at LabCentral and as the Operations Lead at the Pagliuca Harvard Life Lab, where she focused on managing the application process and venture programming.
She holds an MBA with a health sector management concentration from Boston University and a BS in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of Connecticut.
