Jill Kravetz is the Bruce and Bridgitt Evans Executive Director of the Harvard Innovation Labs. In this role, in partnership with the i-lab's faculty advisors, Jill oversees the i-lab and leads the team in evolving programming, expanding reach, and helping students and alumni explore and grow as innovators.
Jill’s career spans entrepreneurship, executive leadership, strategy consulting, and venture capital. A multifaceted leader with experience starting and scaling organizations across sectors, she brings a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on approach to helping teams and leaders tackle their most pressing challenges. Most recently, she consulted independently and as a Partner at Acropolis Advisors, a boutique strategy firm. Previously, she served as Chief Operating Officer of BB Endeavors, Bethenny Frankel’s operating company. Prior to that, Jill was CEO of iRelaunch, the leading provider of career re-entry services for individuals and employers.
An entrepreneur at heart, Jill is a two-time founder. She was Co-Founder and President of Gloss48, a beauty-focused e-commerce startup, and earlier served as President of MiniLuxe, a fast-growing chain of beauty lounges she launched as a Partner at Cue Ball, a venture firm focused on consumer and information businesses.
Before her operating roles, Jill was the first female Partner at the strategy consultancy The Parthenon Group, advising CEOs across industries. She began her post-MBA career at Monitor Company.
Originally from Canada, Jill holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Biology from Queen’s University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School. She is a recent Mah Jongg convert and is currently working on getting her lone golf club to make solid contact with a ball.
