Maureen Schrader is the director of operations at Harvard Innovation Labs. In this role, she and her team are responsible for many key functions including finance, human resources, facilities/physical spaces, system and process design, events, and the i-lab’s relationship with the greater Allston community. Maureen began working at the i-lab in 2013 and to this day is inspired by the endless innovative ideas, passion, and energy of the students who participate in the i-lab.
Maureen holds a BS in management with a minor in organizational behavior and human resources from Purdue University. The past several years of her life have been spent on an exhilarating rollercoaster ride while supporting her husband with his entrepreneurial venture. She is passionate about all things related to dogs and spends most of her free time trying to keep up with the busy schedules of her four kids.
