Meagan Hall is senior director of administration. In this role, she leads the Harvard Innovation Labs’ core business operations and oversees key systems and annual planning processes.
Over the past two decades, Meagan has worked as a programmatic and operational intrapreneur in higher education and professional learning, including previous roles at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Harvard Division of Continuing Education, Harvard Business School, and Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. In her leadership roles, she has operationalized new degree programs, designed professional education offerings, led organization design and engagement strategies, and developed operational infrastructure, including operating principles, policies, and practices.
Meagan holds an MBA from Babson College and a bachelor’s degree in communication from Cornell University. Prior to business school, she began her career managing performance operations within the performing arts industry. When not working, Meagan enjoys traveling and staying active with her husband and two children.
