Noah Ferreira is the customer service assistant at Harvard Innovation Labs. In his role, he provides support for the i-lab's programs, network engagement, and events. He also provides in-person and virtual support to i-lab members.

Noah earned his bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus in marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, as well as a minor in economics. Prior to joining the i-lab team, Noah worked on developing his skills in video editing, content creation, and business analysis while providing customer support full time. He loves finding creative solutions to problems and using his skills and knowledge to help people tell stories that matter.

Outside of work, Noah enjoys spending time with friends, reading and watching anything fantasy, and trying out new games!
