Tanu is the business analyst on the technology team. She assesses business needs, develops and enhances technologies, and manages data and services across various tools and systems to support the Harvard Innovation Labs ecosystem.
Before transitioning to the education sector, Tanu spent over a decade in the startup world, building and scaling operations and technology ecosystems from the ground up. She co-founded and scaled three startups — two in B2B and one in B2C — and her latest venture, an MIT-spun customer data platform, was successfully acquired.
In her corporate experience, Tanu has managed global operations, marketing, and technology teams, overseeing budgets, driving operational innovation, and managing client and vendor relationships across regions.
She is passionate about fostering innovation, driving growth, and empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. As a faculty member at Cambridge College, she teaches MBA courses to first- and second-year students.
Tanu holds an MBA with a focus on information systems and a graduate degree in psychology.
