Please adhere to the following rules and guidelines for using the studios:
- Students must participate in a studio-specific training session with one of our teaching assistants before using that studio.
- Use of the studios is reserved for venture teams and i-lab-related projects only. This means that your work in these spaces should be entrepreneurial in nature and not to be used for coursework, school projects, studying, or unrelated activities.
- Users must immediately report any accidents, damage, or technical problems to an i-lab staff member.
- Equipment used must be returned to the original place it was found.
- Equipment turned on for use must be turned back off and re-charged, if applicable.
- No equipment is to be taken out of a studio.
- No food or drink is allowed in a studio.
- No documents or files are to be saved on studio computers. Please use your own storage devices.
- Reproduction of any copyrighted material is prohibited.
Please note: The Harvard Innovation Labs reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove access to the studios for those that are not respectful to others or the equipment within the space. The Harvard Innovation Labs are not responsible for problems caused by computer viruses, improper use of the equipment, or loss of data due to malfunctions or any other reasons.
