FIND Neuro is building the first FDA-cleared decision-layer platform that uses network biomarkers to guide epilepsy surgery. Over 1.2 million Americans suffer from drug-resistant epilepsy, where surgery is the only option, but success rates vary between 30% and 70%. Our platform analyzes invasive electrode data to identify critical nodes in the seizure network, enabling more targeted, minimally invasive surgical plans. We have filed a 510(k) with the FDA, validated our approach across five hospitals and 108 patients, and are currently being used under IRB and DUA at six leading surgical centers. Our long-term vision is to distill invasive-grade surgical insights into progressively less invasive modalities – from interictal recordings to HD-EEG/MEG and eventually standard scalp EEG – making network-guided neurology accessible to every clinic in the country.
