Workshop

Building (Re)Generative Startups
Building (Re)Generative Startups

Activate expansive thinking, innovation, and execution for startup success through (Re)Generative Organization Design.

As a startup you question the status quo, have the courage to disrupt and provide meaningful solutions to challenges our world is facing. What will turn you into a great startup is your ability to design your organization with intent. How will you lead? How will your team embrace an exploratory mindset? How will you embed continuous renewal to remain relevant and impactful?

In this workshop we will dive into (Re)Generative Organization Design activating expansive thinking, collective intelligence, innovation and experimentation as a way to establish strong innovation cultures and mindsets while executing successfully your startup’s vision.
