Cofounders often need to work out complicated, conflicting ideas regarding vision, ownership, and working relationships. In this session, using role play to strengthen real-world skills, Oladeji Tiamiyu of Harvard Law School’s Negotiation and Mediation Clinic teaches the foundations of great founder relationships, like arriving at shared value; forging lasting, satisfying relationships; and how to assert boundaries and stand up for what you believe in.

Speaker Name: Oladeji Tiamiyu

Oladeji M. Tiamiyu is a Senior Clinical Fellow at the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program. Oladeji has also served as a Online Dispute Resolution Fellow with the Resolution Systems Institute in Chicago, Illinois where he helped in developing a pilot online dispute resolution program for family law disputes. Oladeji has also worked with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and Constitutional Review Commission in The Gambia. His research interests include exploring reconciliation initiatives in the aftermath of national crisis in addition to exploring the intersection between technology and dispute resolution.
