Amy Villeneuve is a tech executive, board director, and startup advisor with a track record of scaling transformative companies. As President & COO of Kiva Systems and Vice President of Amazon, she drove Kiva’s growth into a profitable robotics leader and led its $775M acquisition and integration into Amazon Robotics, powering fulfillment automation worldwide. Previously, Amy was EVP at Cross Country Automotive Services (Agero), a strategy consultant at The Parthenon Group, and an operations leader in automotive manufacturing at GM Delco and Stoneridge. She now serves on the boards of Reframe, RGo Robotics, Humatics, Ori Systems, REsurety, TeraDar, and Rapid Liquid Printing, and has held prior board roles with 6 River Systems (acquired by Shopify), Aria Insights, 4 Moms, and Forge.AI (acquired by FiscalNote). Amy has also advised Google X – The Moonshot Factory and mentors founders through MIT’s Venture Mentoring Service. A graduate of Harvard Business School, RPI, and Clarkson University, Amy is also active in advancing women onto public boards through The Last Mile. Beyond tech, she and her husband own Domaine Travelle, a winery in Provence producing AOP Côtes de Provence wines.
