Chinh H. Pham is a shareholder at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP and co-chairs the firm’s Venture Capital & Emerging Technology Practice. Chinh focuses his practice on the strategic creation, implementation, and protection of intellectual property rights for technology and life science clients, ranging from venture-backed companies to multinational corporations. He works with his clients to leverage their key innovations for strategic commercial and business opportunities.
In addition to his practice, Chinh serves as a mentor to entrepreneurs and start-ups through various incubator and accelerator programs, and advises student entrepreneurs on their business ventures at Harvard iLab, Northwestern University The Garage, and Northeastern University IDEA. Chinh currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Boston Bar Foundation, is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Museum of Science, Boston, and is a past president of the Boston Bar Association and the National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys.
Chinh was recognized by ALM/Law.com New England Legal Awards as the 2024 Attorney of the Year, selected by the Legal Benchmarking Group as the 2024 Social Impact Leader of the Year, named by the Boston Business Journal to its 2023 list of Power 50: Movement Makers and honored by Get Konnected! as one of Boston’s 50 Most Influential Asian-American Pacific Islanders in 2023.
