As the former Director of the Rock Center and as a founder and executive at numerous start-ups, I am most able to help students think about their early approaches to launching a venture. This includes how to determine if you have an idea worth pursuing, developing a solid value proposition and building a strong pitch deck, early stage testing of your idea and how to think about raising funds from early stage investors. I can also help you think about how to plan your two years at HBS as you pursue a new venture opportunity during your time at HBS. I've seen a wide variety of industries from digital health to consumer products to SaaS to Biotech and tough tech ventures and can be helpful in many areas. If you are working in an area that I'm not familiar, I'm happy to focus on the basics of launching any startup and will ask you questions to help you flesh out your vision and to focus on the right tasks to validate your idea.
