innovation labs
The i-lab’s space, resources, and meeting rooms are intended for individual startup ventures and entrepreneurial work, but not for casework, school projects, studying, or unrelated activities. Individuals not working on entrepreneurially related projects will be asked to work on those projects elsewhere.
You can book a room here. Please follow these guidelines:
If you are not a full-time degree-seeking Harvard student, please only use the following community rooms: 150, 151, 152. Those rooms are designated accessible conference rooms. If a group with accessibility needs requires meeting space, you may be asked to move to a different room. Please note that these rooms are not intended for internal Harvard meetings, those outside the Allston/Boston community, and work that is not related to entrepreneurship.
Room 102 is a designated hybrid collaboration space based on Zoom. 102 will be open to anyone with Harvard credentials who is collaborating on innovative or entrepreneurship activities. Please request to book online here. Your booking is not confirmed unless you receive confirmation from the i-lab Operations team.
Please note, pursuant to our Harvard Innovation Labs use policies, room reservations are not guaranteed and are subject to cancellation or change. In the event of reservation change, we will notify you by the email provided in your reservation and do our best to suggest alternative arrangements. For questions, please email i-lab@harvard.edu.
